AstraMark Studio provides local-first browser tools for cleaning visible watermark marks from supported AI-generated images. The service includes image upload, local processing, batch queue management, before/after comparison, and downloadable output.

The service is a technical utility. It is not a rights-clearing platform, legal advisor, provenance authority, or guarantee that modified media may be published, monetized, or redistributed.

By using AstraMark Studio, you agree that you are responsible for the images you process and for all consequences of modifying, downloading, publishing, or distributing them.

You agree that you will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing purposes.

• Do not process images you do not own or have permission to modify.
• Do not use cleaned images for fraud, scams, impersonation, deception, or disinformation.
• Do not remove or obscure visible AI marks to mislead viewers about the origin of content.
• Do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, platform, or contractual rights.
• Do not commercially distribute processed content unless you have explicit rights to do so.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape, attack, or interfere with the service infrastructure.
• Do not use automated bots or scripts beyond normal personal or internal workflow use.

All content processed through AstraMark Studio remains the property of its original owner, creator, platform, or rights holder. Using this service does not grant ownership, copyright, license rights, or commercial permissions.

Removing a visible mark from an image does not remove invisible provenance signals, platform policy obligations, legal duties, or the need to disclose AI-generated content where required.

• Gemini images are governed by the applicable Google and Gemini terms, plus any rights attached to the prompt, source assets, and generated output.
• Doubao images are governed by the applicable Doubao, ByteDance, and creator terms, plus any rights attached to the prompt, source assets, and generated output.
• Output files generated by this tool may still contain invisible provenance, metadata, or other identifiers.

AstraMark Studio is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, perfect detection, artifact-free cleanup, lossless results for every input, compatibility with every browser, or acceptance by any third-party platform.

• Watermark profiles may stop matching if AI platforms change export behavior.
• Compressed, cropped, scaled, filtered, or edited images may produce weaker results.
• Browser memory, file size, and device performance may affect processing reliability.
• Future platform policies may restrict how processed media can be used.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraMark Studio and its operators shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

This includes claims related to copyright disputes, platform enforcement, publication decisions, reputational harm, commercial losses, data loss, visual artifacts, or misuse of processed images.

• You are solely responsible for how you use any image processed through the service.
• You are solely responsible for preserving required disclosures and rights documentation.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect new features, supported tools, legal requirements, platform changes, or product changes.

The last updated date at the top of this page will reflect meaningful changes. Continued use of AstraMark Studio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
